4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. However, for some in-stock items or trial orders, we offer more flexible solutions. Please contact us for product-specific MOQs.
5. What is the average lead time for production?
Typically, lead time is around 25–35 days after order confirmation and deposit. For urgent projects, we’ll do our best to shorten the production time.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
